    Nayla, the Illusory Rose 2UG
    Creature - Human Monk 3/3

    Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature: Regenerate Nayla, the Illusory Rose.

    A 4cc all creatures have infinite power/toughness?

    There's nothing preventing you from attacking, then paying Nayla's cost any number of times after blockers have been declared -- any creature that isn't blocked is fatal.

    Bubblebind Circle :2mana::symu:
    Enchantment
    When Bubblebind Circle comes into play, search your library for a card and remove it from the game face down.
    When Bubblebind Circle is put into a graveyard from play, you may play the removed card without paying its mana cost.

    Combo with claws of gix or any other sac effects. This +3x of itself is already 4 storm count on its own, tutoring an playing into Yawgmoth's Will. Slap in a couple of things like 0/1cc search spells and artifacts into the mix and finish off with tendrils. Better players can probably come up with better combos, but this into, say, darksteel colossus should be frightening enough in extended.

    Probably not truly "broken" but hellishly powerful.

    Yeah, totally wasn't paying attention on that last one.

    Going to go with "At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature."

    Aftermath Archon is really quite annoying, but at least he costs 9 mana to play. This works well if you have a lot of chump blockers that are going to die anyway, and your opponent is beating you with his larger creatures. I must say that I agree with the high casting cost on this one for such a powerful combat effect.

    Mirror Battery has the potential to rack up a lot of counters. In the right deck, it could be a nice catalyst for creatures with +1/+1 counters. I like that you have to tap the artifact in order to get the effect. But I think you need to include as part of the wording "Whenever a counter is placed on a permanent other than Mirror Battery..." to prevent an infinite counter-placing trigger.

    System Shock is probably best played during your opponent's upkeep, to prevent him from casting creatures, artifacts, and enchantments on his turn. Since it is only a one-shot effect, it's not overpowered and the mana cost seems appropriate. Discarding a card might be more annoying than not being able to play certain spells for a turn, depending on the situation. This is definitely a blue and black card, and couldn't really be any other color.

    I like Bubblebind Circle, even though it definitely pushes the power boundaries. There are a lot of ways to get rid of the Circle so you can play your free spell, and many of them are fairly cheap. The combination of playing a card for free and deciding exactly what card that will be is overpowering, but at least it has to be part of a combo that includes enchantment removal.

    Double Bubble is a Twincast lying in wait for a suspecting opponent. In that this spell is expected, Twincast is probably better, but this way, you can play the next turn with all of your mana instead of having to keep two mana open. This method of use is obviously more preventive in nature, as it makes your opponent less likely to play instants or sorceries, knowing that they might get copied. It seems appropriately costed.

    Bubbleform is a fun spell. You can use it to save your creature if it would take lethal combat damage, or save it from an untimely death at the hands of a removal spell. Just take care that the token doesn't get prematurely offed. Since the spell has the weakness of the token and of only being able to cast it on your own creature, it makes sense to cost it at 1 mana. I'm using Turn To Mist as a reference here.

    Double Jeopardy is fine. It's weaker than Terror, because you have to destroy your own creature with it, but it has the advantage of being able to target black creatures.

    Hex of Unravelling is expensive, but it might find a place in a milling deck. Still, 5 turns for 11 cards is a long time to wait for this spell to really get going, considering the time at which you will be playing it.

    Ethereal Exhorter is, in my opinion, better than Auratouched Mage. There is the possibility that there will be many Auras to enchant, especially if you just wiped the board with Wrath of God.

    If you can find a way to get him through, Ethereal Extorter is devastating. All it takes is one hit and the opponent loses their entire hand. For 4 mana, this is actually cheap for what it does. It's a good thing he's only a 2/2; that way it won't be too hard to kill him (and he is definitely a priority target).

    Nayla, the Illusory Rose is decent. It's a 3/3 for three mana. The +1/+1 counter ability is almost worthless, because if you have creatures, you will want them to engage in combat, and if you don't want to do it, your opponent can just as easily do it for you.

    May I suggest revision for System Shock?

    System Shock 1U:symu::symb:
    Instant (Rare)
    Target opponent puts the top 5 cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard. If a creature card was put into a graveyard this way, tap all creatures that player controls. If a land card was put into a graveyard this way, tap all lands that player controls. If an instant or sorcery card was put into a graveyard this way, that player discards a card.
    "Bioanbaric mages are one-trick ponies - but boy, it's a good trick." - Srez, goblin rigger.

    It's sometimes better than yours, sometimes worst (most of the time better though). Not to mention, it seems more shocking to the system.

    Love the vertical (I'm assuming) bubble cycle. Very neat and very original. I also love the Ethereal Exhorter, good johnny card.

    The rest are solid. Except Nayla. What's her deal? Is she supposed to combo with your cumulative upkeep creatures or something? Otherwise her abilities seem pretty marginal. (Except for Bloodshot Trainee.)
