Attended a lot of trade events recently where media executives have been genuinely shocked to learn the power of social media video. đ§Anyone who doesn't believe that a creator on TikTok or YouTube can match (or surpass) the achievements of a high-budget, 'traditional' movie or series has had their head in the sand for the past five years. Genuinely informative/beautiful/emotional content can be made at a fraction of the price when compared with traditional media, reach infinitely more eyeballs, and steal infinitely more ad dollars. Neglecting the shift any longer will do ireprable damage to a media business.Rethink TV has the numbers to prove it.
